Emotional Trauma Is Responsible For Aging, Illness & Death

For some of you, perhaps most, it may come up as a very strong statement when I state that emotional injury is responsible for aging unwellness and death. So I can understand that there will be a healthy dose of incredulity about this but delight stay with me for a minute because this may be the single most of import article relating to your life and wellness that you've read so far.

Let me begin by defining emotional trauma.

Emotional injury is, in my view, any emotional event that causes you to have got a negative emotional reaction and which then acquires stored as a memory of the event and its connected emotions in your head and body. By "negative" I am referring to something that experiences and is therefore undesirable to you. Examples might be things wish grief, fear, pain, hurt, jealousy, envy, and most importantly any emphasis reaction you may have.

If you are able to link to any of these right now I would like you to make that for a minute because I desire to direct your attending to an of import point. As you are feeling the negative reaction (and set yourself there as best you can for a minute if you aren't) detect what haps to your overall energy.

If you are sharp you will notice that this/these negative reactions/emotions/events are causing your energy to experience drained or depleted. Another manner of saying this is that they do you experience tired, heavy, slowed down, or even exhausted. Well Iodine inquire you now, what "energy" is being exhausted and where is it being exhausted from?

If you reflect on this for a minute you'll see that it's your "Life Energy" that is being exhausted and that it is being exhausted, depleted or drained from your physical body. The experience of this depletion is you feeling drained, depleted, tired, heavy, slowed down, or exhausted. It's as simple as that.

Now that you're calm following me, hopefully, I desire to add that the memory of the event that caused you to experience this Life Energy Depletion is stored inside of you always and is what we name portion of our "Life Experience". In other words the memory of the event, if you ever take to remember it it will always elicit the same draining, depleting reaction.

Now of course of study most people don't maintain memories of events in their witting head because if they did they would be so distracted by this stuff they wouldn't be able to carry through their day-to-day tasks.

So what make they make with these? Well they automatically hive away them away into the unconscious mind. The "unconscious" however is nil other than the "physical body" itself. In other words these negative Life Energy memories are "tucked away", so to talk somewhere inside the body.

So are you beginning to acquire the picture?

What make you believe they make there? Well what they were designed to do, to travel on to consume your Critical Life Energy while you go about your day-to-day life. There they slowly run out and consume you from your body. As clip travels by there is less of "You" in your body!

Of course of study when there is no more than you in your organic structure then the organic structure is technically "lifeless" and that is what many term "being dead"! Well what make we name the state of being gradually depleted from the body? Logically it would be the procedure of moving towards decease or, in other words, "Dying"!

We give this a nicer name and phone call it "Aging". You see here that aging is nil more than the procedure of dying although many have got been in denial about this and prefer to simply "think" of this as a normal portion of Life.

Now as you (or your Life Energy; really these are one and the same) goes cumulatively depleted from your organic structure what make you believe that makes to your body's ability to work optimally?

Well if you can't stretch along your imaginativeness that far allow me utilize a metaphor. Suppose you are driving your auto down the main route (your auto here stands for your "body" and you stand for your "Life Energy") what haps to the auto if all of a sudden, or perhaps even less suddenly you make up one's mind that you are going to leap out of the auto and allow it travel down the road on its own? Clearly your auto isn't going to last long before it prolongs major damage, is it?

Well that's exactly what haps to your organic structure when you go depleted from it by the negative memories of events stored as memories in your body. We name this aging, unwellness and eventually death!

Here you might be feeling a spot frustrated because clearly you acknowledge that you are accumulating these memories of negative events daily. Not only that, you also have got no manner of getting quit of them make you? So that agency that you are stuck on a flight towards decease with no manner to acquire off?

How happy are you feeling about this? Hardly any!

So attempt this, if you wish.

Place your manus over your Heart, and as if speech production from your Heart, acknowledge to yourself that you are not happy about this state of affairs and then a few minutes later detect how you experience inside.

Now here I desire to add something very important, in fact important to your experience. That is that those memories that are "accumulating" inside of you and draining your Life Energy from your organic structure (which I term Energy Parasites) can actually be removed permanently and completely from your head and body, so much so that you will be left with the experience that they were never there or never took place.

I cognize there may be incredulity raising it's head at this minute but what I inquire you to do, is to detect how you are feeling in your Heart right now after having read the last paragraph. If you're with me you may be feeling some of the following: a feeling of warmth, lightness, interior peace, a sense of truthfulness about what you just read, more than grounded or even uplifted, and perhaps energized.

Now the last point is particularly interesting because if you experience energized that is "YOU" coming "back into your body"! How make you experience about that? Probably even more than energized, not to advert happy!

Empower Yourself And Build Inner Strength

Sometimes we even acquire the antonym of what we wanted or thought we deserved. For example, despite all our good work, our concern co-workers position us with malice, or we make not acquire the publicity we are looking for, or worse yet, we acquire laid off. Or we give infinite attempt to doing right by our children, only to happen that they can be ungrateful and rejecting, especially when they make not necessitate us anymore. Or even though we seek our best to be sort and considerate to our mate, that individual looks to pass too much clip picking on our faults, while ignoring their own. Like any river, it is subject to changeless change, so you can never step into the same river twice. You cannot pin a river (life) down, and anticipate it to ran into your desires. It just maintains flowing, and transports you with it into ever-changing scenarios. How can life respond to your demands if everything around you maintains on changing? It would be better for you to make your best and then accommodate to the realities, rather than getting all worked up over what neglects to travel your way.

So what should we do? Our failing outlooks always convey hurting and hurt, and sometimes anger. It looks so partial that things make not work out the manner we desire them to. But there is an of import message that underlies our failing expectations, and it is this: build interior strength.

Every clip that life disappoints you offers an chance not to bitch and moan, but rather to see more than clearly how you were dependent on external events to fill up you up, to do things all right for you, to ran into your demand for self-esteem. Sometimes, of course, external events do make us happy. We are all histrions in a giant drama, and our parts maintain on changing. It is not so heavy after all. Let us let ourselves to go more than effortless!

Practising Appreciation Will Bring You Happiness and Meaning

Most people I cognize kick about life, sometimes constantly. Not surprising since we now have got instantaneous entree to news. And most of the news portrays disasters, foolish celebrities, or world committing some sort of crime.

There isn't much we can make about these negative happenings. We can either maintain reading about them through the mass media (especially the Internet) or we can take a expression at our ain lives and detect what we truly appreciate. You will be surprised at how much grasp environments us.

As for myself I appreciate many things. For illustration I appreciate I never had to struggle and decease a alone decease in a clay filled trench like so many immature work force did in WW1. Then there is the appreciating of simpler things like each dawn and sunset, because once each twenty-four hours is gone it is gone forever. I have got a listing of all the things I appreciate in life on my computing machine and I reexamine it regularly. The listing also includes food, shelter, health, friends and love which so many unfortunate people around the human race lack.

Appreciation is an look of pure love and is representative for what is truly of import and meaningful in our lives. It is such as a cardinal felicity wont that without it, life is much more than shallow and empty.

I transport a stone mundane and when I pick it up off my bureau, touching it or set it down at night, I take a few proceedings to believe about what is good in my life.
